MegaFit’s online personal training programs are tailored to help you reach your goals while offering a flexible structure to accommodate your availability and fitness level. With options to train three to five sessions per week, Megan will create a plan that aligns with your schedule and delivers results. Programs are available in 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month packages making personalized fitness accessible and effective.

How It Works

Step 1: Schedule your online initial consultation with Megan to discuss your goals, medical and exercise history, and perform a brief movement and fitness assessment via video call. 

 

Step 2: Based on your discussion and results from the initial consultation, choose your training package and Megan will create your personalized training program.

 

Step 3: Get MegaFit! Commit to your program, benefit from consistent coaching, support and accountability, and take meaningful strides toward your goals.

 

Step 4: At the end of every month, complete your FREE 30-min online reassessment with Megan in order to track progress toward your goals and update your program for the next phase of training.

 

Step 5: Continue these methods until you achieve your goals and are satisfied with the results!
